# Quickstart
Create, customize, and publish your first Formbear form in a few minutes.

This walks you from an empty workspace to a live form you can share. You get one workspace automatically when you sign up.

## Build and publish

1. Create a form: From Home or Forms, select New form. You land in the editor with an empty canvas.
2. Add questions: Type / anywhere on the canvas to open the slash menu, then pick a question type or a content block. Give each question a label, and mark it required if you need an answer. See the editor and question types.
3. Make it yours: Open the Customize panel to set colors, typography, and layout. Changes preview live. Details in themes.
4. Publish and share: Select Publish. Your form goes live at a hosted URL you can send anywhere, or embed on your own site. Every publish freezes a snapshot, so edits never disturb a form people are mid-way through answering.

> Responses land in the Results tab in real time. Read them one by one, see per-question summaries, or export to CSV.

> Published forms are fully responsive, so respondents can answer comfortably on any device. The app works on a phone too, but the editor is at its best on a tablet or desktop where it has room to breathe.
