The response table

The Results tab lists every submission. Search and filter to find what you need, and open any row for the full single-response view.

File answers

Answers to file upload questions show as the uploaded filenames. Hover one for Preview and Download; previews open images, audio, and video in a dialog and PDFs in a new tab.

Exporting

Export to CSV anytime, for a spreadsheet or another tool. Your data is yours to take with you. File answers export as their filenames.

Partial submissions

Pro workspaces can capture partial submissions: responses someone started but did not submit. Turn the capture on per form in its settings, and incomplete responses show up in Results so you can see where people drop off. Free workspaces never store incomplete responses.
