Revision history
Roll a form back to any version from the last 30 days (Pro).
Formbear keeps 30 days of history for every form. Versions are captured automatically while you edit (a burst of edits becomes one version) and every time you publish, each attributed to the teammate who made it, so you can review earlier versions and roll back a change without rebuilding anything.
Restoring a version
Open Version history
In the editor, select the history button next to Publish.Pick a version
Choose a version from the list: edits and published versions both appear, with who made them. Each previews as the full form, with its design, images, and fonts as they were.Restore
Select Restore (Pro). The version becomes your working draft.
What a version covers
A version is the form as you see it in the editor: the title, the questions, and the design. Restoring changes your draft only; the live form keeps serving what you last published until you publish again. Form settings (availability, notifications, data retention) are not part of a version and stay as they are.
