Unlimited forms and responses, forever, with the core design controls and analytics. No credit card, no expiry. Unlimited use is subject to our Fair Use Policy.
Pro
€24 per month, or €240 per year. New subscriptions start with a 14-day free trial: a card is required up front, you are not charged until day 14, and you can cancel anytime before then. Pro adds custom domains, the full design controls and custom CSS, file upload, removing the Formbear badge, a bigger AI assistant allowance (100 actions per month instead of 5), visible partial submissions, revision history, and unlimited seats. It is set per workspace. While a subscription is trialing, the workspace has Pro access.
Managing your subscription
Billing runs through a self-service customer portal where you can change plan, update payment details, and download invoices. VAT is handled for you. The workspace owner opens it with Manage billing in workspace settings.
Deleting a Pro workspace
A workspace with a Pro subscription, including one that is still in its trial, cannot be deleted. Cancel the subscription in Manage billing first: Formbear never cancels it for you. A subscription canceled at the end of its period keeps the workspace on Pro until that period ends, and you can delete the workspace after that.
