Introduction
Formbear is a design-led, EU-hosted form and survey builder with an unlimited free tier and a €24/mo Pro plan (14-day trial).
Formbear is a design-led form and survey builder, hosted entirely in the EU. You build forms on a calm, document-style canvas, share them as a fast hosted page or an embed, and read every response in one place: no cookie banners, no data leaving Europe.
Two plans
The free plan is genuinely unlimited: unlimited forms, unlimited responses, no expiry, subject to our Fair Use Policy. Pro adds the power features: custom domains, deeper customization, file upload, partial submissions, revision history, removing the Formbear badge, and unlimited collaborator seats. New Pro subscriptions start with a 14-day free trial. A card is required, and you are not charged until day 14.

| Formbear badge | Shown | Can remove |
| Team seats | Just you | Unlimited |
Hosted in Europe
EU data residency is the foundation, not a checkbox. The app and database run on infrastructure we own outright in Germany, response answers are encrypted at rest, and nothing is routed through US servers. See data residency for the specifics.
