Quickstart

Create, customize, and publish your first Formbear form in a few minutes.

This walks you from an empty workspace to a live form you can share. You get one workspace automatically when you sign up.

Build and publish

  1. Create a form

    From Forms (your home screen), select New form. You land in the editor with an empty canvas.

  2. Add questions

    Type / anywhere on the canvas to open the slash menu, then pick a question type or a content block. Give each question a label, and mark it required if you need an answer. See the editor and question types.

  3. Make it yours

    Open the Customize panel to set colors, typography, and layout. Changes preview live. Details in themes.

  4. Publish and share

    Select Publish. Your form goes live at a hosted URL you can send anywhere, or embed on your own site. Every publish freezes a snapshot, so edits never disturb a form people are mid-way through answering.
